BOOKING POLICIES
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
We require a 20% deposit for all bookings.
We ask for a minimum of 48 HOURS notice to either cancel or reschedule an appointment. By giving us at least 48 hours’ notice enables you to reschedule your appointment and you can carry over your deposit for a maximum of 3 months.
Your deposit will be forfeited if less than 48 HOURS notice is given.
If you don’t show on the day of your appointment, you will lose your deposit and will have to pay 50% deposit for all future appointments.
PATCH TEST POLICY
You will be required to attend a patch test at least 48 hours prior to a colour appointment if:
- You haven’t had a colour with us before
- Your last visit was over 6 months ago
- You are pregnant
This applies to Hair and Beauty appointments
LATE ARRIVAL
Please allow plenty of time to arrive for your appointment. More than 10-15 minutes of lateness will result in a cut down appointment with 100% charge of the original service booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will have to be cancelled and treated as a NO SHOW with a 100% service charge.

CLOTHING
Please wear clothes you are not too precious about to your appointment. In the event of colour getting onto your clothes, we cannot be held responsible for clothes worn.
HAIR EXTENSIONS
Hair extensions and wigs are coloured/toned at your own risk. Hair extension hair is processed to keep the hair colour, and they won’t take colour or toners the same as your natural hair, they also cannot be lightened. If you choose to colour your hair extensions, we cannot be liable for any damage/shortening of their lifespan, or how the colour takes to the extensions.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse a booking or appointment for any reasons such as: Frequent cancellations, lateness, failure to follow or comply with our policies, or for any aggressive, harmful, hateful or hurtful behaviour to our team or customers.
VOUCHERS
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and cannot be extended. If you book an appointment to use your voucher and you don’t show on the day, the voucher will become void. Vouchers can only be redeemed for services and not exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance will be made in the form of another voucher for that amount.
COMPLAINTS/REFUND POLICY
You are paying for our time, products and other expenses used to provide your service – No refunds will be given for services rendered. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, a complimentary service will be offered. If for example, aftercare advise has not been followed a complimentary service will not be valid.
